Choose which sites or collectors an integration syncs

One API key often sees more than you want. The Scope picker limits what is imported, and asks what to do with devices already here.

Available today for Ubiquiti Cloud (consoles) and Domotz (collectors). Meraki syncs every organization the key can see.

Change the scope

  1. 1Open Integrations.
  2. 2On the integration card, press Scope.
  3. 3Switch from Sync everything to Only what I select, then tick the consoles or collectors you want.
  4. 4Save.

What happens to devices already imported

If you deselect something that already brought devices in, StatusCheck asks you to choose:

ChoiceWhat it does
Keep themDevices stay, frozen at their last known status. Their history is kept. Re-select the console or collector later and they resume.
Remove themDevices and their history are deleted. Re-selecting later re-imports them as new devices with no past.

Choosing Only what I select turns off auto-discovery for that integration. A console or collector added on the vendor side later will not sync until you come back and tick it.

Removing several hundred devices is done one at a time and can take a while. Leave the window open until it finishes.
