Alerts can open tickets today. StatusCheck sends webhooks with fully customisable payloads, so anything that accepts JSON — ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, Syncro and the rest — can take a ticket from an alert without waiting on us to build a connector.
Native API integrations for the common PSAs are planned, and payload customisation stays first-class in both. If a webhook recipe for your PSA does not exist yet, ask and we will write it.
