  • Unlimited users on every plan, including the free one. Adding a field tech is never a license cost.
  • Overage is $0.50 per device per month — deliberately above every list rate, so upgrading is always the cheaper move and nobody is quietly farmed for overage. We alert you before it bills.
  • Above 10,000 devices, pricing continues at $0.45 per device per month.
  • Annual billing takes 10% off, or verified non-profit and education pricing takes 5% off. One or the other, never both.
  • Resellers: upload a valid resale certificate and sales tax comes off automatically.
  • 21-day full-feature trial on any tier, no card required — then free forever up to 25 devices.
  • Every device plan includes the free Cloud Checks allowance, so no account starts at zero.

What the Cloud Checks tiers actually change

  • Tiers differ on three things only: how many checks, how often they run, and how long the history is kept. Every feature is on every tier.
  • The free tier is explicitly licensed for commercial use. Most free uptime monitors are not, which is worth checking before you rely on one.
  • Overage is $0.50 per check per month.
  • HTTP(S) and TCP today, with configurable method, expected status range and timeout. No agent, no integration and no vendor account required.
  • Every device-monitoring plan includes the free Cloud Checks allowance — the two products stack rather than compete.

Pricing questions

+What counts as a device?
Anything we monitor with its own identity — a switch, access point, gateway, camera, or a client you have chosen to track. You control what counts, and you can stop monitoring anything you do not want to pay for.
+What happens if I go over my tier?
Overage is $0.50 per device per month, and we alert you before it bills. That rate is deliberately higher than every list rate on the ladder, so upgrading is always the cheaper move — we would rather you moved up a tier than quietly paid overage for a year.
+What is the difference between the two products?
Device monitoring connects to your vendor accounts — UniFi, Meraki, Domotz — and watches the hardware itself. Cloud Checks watches any HTTP(S) endpoint or TCP host and port from the outside, with nothing to connect and nothing to install. Buy either on its own, or both. Every device plan already includes the free Cloud Checks allowance.
+Can I mix vendors on one plan?
Yes — that is the entire point. Every integration is available on every plan, including the free one.
+Do you charge per site?
No. Pricing is per device, and there is no limit on how many sites those devices are spread across.
+Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan has unlimited users, including the free one. Adding a field tech is free.
+Do you throttle polling on the cheaper plans?
No. Polling interval is a product setting you control per device, not a paywall. Cloud Checks is the one exception, and it is explicit: the check interval is one of the three things its tiers differ on, because each check is a real request on a real schedule.
+Is the free plan really usable commercially?
Yes, on both products, and it is written down because most free monitoring tiers are not. Twenty-five devices and ten cloud checks, kept forever.
+What does the trial actually include?
Twenty-one days of any tier, every feature, no card. When it ends you drop to the free plan rather than losing access.
